The role of citizens and associations are determining to save urban richness realities. People like Salavtore Settis (Archeologist and Art Historian of popular actions for common goods) and their works are to be taken in the serious reckon and consideration. so, associating and civic actions are the step to take.
– Participating-creative-citizens are those who become aware of their rights of citizenships, enshrined by almost all Constitutional charters. Design for Urban Regeneration is now essential by the improvement of the urban historical heritages of or industrial buildings in Italy. Their pure recuperation without remodeling but enhancing their spatial integrity become essential for the new containers of education, culture and creativity.

Therefore, The works for the recuperation and restoration of urban spaces and developing works on Education, Culture and Creativity, in inventive sectors, creates new types of long term and sustainable employments, particularly for youngest and for disadvantaged classes.
